A HaxterSociety Business Account belongs to the company that contracts Inventary. Inside that company’s Inventary space, internal users can be created with roles and permissions.

The company-level account that contracts Inventary, pays the service, owns the Client Space and manages the service at business level.

Inventary Workspace

The inventory environment created for that business, connected to its selected Inventary modality, records, tickets, history and analytics.

Inventary Users

Internal users created inside the company workspace with their own credentials, roles and permissions.

Internal roles

Inventary Users work inside the company workspace.

Each internal user can have credentials, role, permissions and access level inside the company’s Inventary environment. They are not separate HaxterSociety Business Accounts.

Do employees need a HaxterSociety Business Account?

No. Employees usually sign in as Inventary Users created inside the company’s Inventary workspace. The HaxterSociety Business Account is the company-level account used to contract, pay, own and manage the service.

Need access to your company inventory?

Ask your company Owner or Admin to create your Inventary User inside the correct Client Space. Use HaxterSociety Business Account only for company-level service management.
